faq

How does per-seat billing work?

You only pay for active members of your organization. Inviting a new teammate adds one seat (prorated for the remainder of the period). Removing a member frees the seat at the next billing cycle.

What counts as a project?

A project is a workspace that groups one or more repositories your team queries together. The plan limits how many projects an organization can have at once — not how many repositories.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Plus from the dashboard at any time — Lemon Squeezy prorates the difference. Downgrades take effect once your project count fits the lower tier.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing breaks. You keep read access to your project, but indexing and new project creation are paused until you subscribe to Team Starter or Team Plus.

What does "semantic-search index refresh" actually affect?

Only the developer semantic-search MCP, which queries a pre-built embedding index of your code. The non-technical UI and automation triggers always run against your latest code. The refresh cadence just controls how stale that embedding index can get when devs grep across the whole codebase semantically. Trial uses a manual refresh, Starter refreshes weekly, Plus refreshes daily.

Are there any usage limits I should know about?

Each plan has fair-use limits on how much code we index per project and how often you can re-index, so one account can't monopolize shared infrastructure. You'll see your current usage on the dashboard, and we'll reach out before anything gets blocked. If you're close to a limit or need more headroom, contact us — we'll work it out.
